The objective of the Federal Magistrates Court is to provide a simpler and more accessible alternative to litigation in the superior courts and to relieve the workload of those courts.
  Link   Land and Environment Court of NSW
The Land and Environment Court is a specialist environmental and planning court with jurisdiction in cases involving land anywhere in NSW. The court deals with environmental, development, building and planning disputes.
